The Board
The daysofchange.org Board of Directors consists of a balance of
people with experience and expertise in the areas of Financial
Management, Marketing and PR, and community based behaviour
change.

John Carlson, Managing Director of Linc
Integrated
John currently plays multiple roles at daysofchange.org. He
provides direct advice and assistance to the project team;
marketing and branding services through his company Linc
Integrated; and is also our Board Chairman.

Ricky Burges, CEO WALGA
Ricky is currently CEO of the WA Local Government Association
(WALGA) and has previously held the positions of Director General
of the Ministry for Culture and the Arts, CEO of Perth Zoo, and a
Director of Human Resources at the WA Tourism Commission.

Vanya Cullen, Managing Director Cullen
Wines
Cullen Wines is one of a handful of biodynamic wineries in
Australia and was the first winery in Australia to form a
carbon-neutral policy. Vanya has achieved international recognition
through the environmental practices used at her Wilyabrup vineyard
and has been credited with helping put the Margaret River wine
region "on the map".

Julian Ilich, CEO
Julian is an Engineer, teacher and sustainability consultant. He
has extensive experience in conventional and renewable energy
generation, sustainable building design, primary and secondary
education and behaviour change theory and practice.

Gary Warden, Executive Director
Gary Warden is an Al Gore Climate Change Ambassador. A geologist
by profession, he spent 18 years working for BHP Billiton, most
recently as Global Manager for the company's US$1B business
improvement program.

Terry Budge, Chancellor of Murdoch
University
Terry is Chancellor of Murdoch
University and holds a number of directorships including Chairman
of Leadership WA and a director of Aspen Group Limited, Westoz
Investment Company Limited and Australian Institute of Company
Directors (AICD). He was Managing Director of BankWest from 1997 to
2004.

John Wood, Founding Director of
National Lifestyle Villages
John is Founding Director of the National Lifestyle Villages
group, a multi award winning company in Environmental
Sustainability. He was an executive of the Fleetwood Group for ten
years, winner of the WA Young Entrepreneurs Award in 1987 and
recognised in 2005 by WA Business News as one of Australia's Rising
Stars.

George Gear, Former Federal Deputy
Treasurer
George is Non-Executive Chairman of RuralAus Investments,
Executive Director with Strategic Investments WA Pty Ltd and a
director of a number of public companies. George was the former
assistant Federal Treasurer responsible for the Australian Taxation
Office and National Competition Policy.

Tony Ciallella, Rotarian
Tony is a Perth Rotary Club member of long-standing and former
Gryphon IT Recruitment Consultants founder and Chief Executive. He
is now a Director at daysofchange.org, responsible for engaging
local, national and international support from Rotary.

Lance Perry, Clayton Utz
Lance is a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz Lawyers and member of
the Council of the Anglican Schools Commission.

Project Team
A number of the team members are working on a full-time basis on
the project to be ready for our May 1 Launch. They are responsible
for coordinating the activities of all our fantastic support staff
and enhancing the opportunities for our partners.

Julian Ilich, CEO
Julian is passionate about sustainability not only because it is
the greatest challenge of our times for each individual on the
planet but because living a sustainable lifestyle is much more
enjoyable and fulfilling. He believes that we all need something
'worth doing' with our lives to be truly happy and so has spent
most of his life helping steer the world in a more sustainable
direction.

Tristan Haberley, Communications and
Online Services Manager
Tristan recently completed his studies in Commerce and
Sustainability. An avid traveller and young global citizen, he is
committed to supporting sustainability initiatives around the globe
and enhancing opportunities for different groups and sectors to
work together.

Siobhan Gallagher, Office
Manager
Siobhan's sustainability journey began in February 2009. In a
short time, she has made a number of changes to reduce her carbon
footprint.
With an administrative background across a broad variety of
industries, Siobhan joined the daysofchange.org Team in December
2009 as the Office Manager.

David Lasserre, Organisations Engagement
Manager
David has previously led Research & Development projects as
an engineer for automotive and aerospace companies in Europe and
Australia. He is a nature enthusiast born in Southern France, and
his passion for the outdoor brought him to Australia where he
enjoys the fantastic climate and the open space.
David is very optimistic about the future and he believes simple
steps, clarity and commitment make a magical recipe for bringing
more awareness in everything we do. This is how we can make a
difference with what is already available to all of us.

Irena Sikorska, Schools Engagement
Manager
Irena is a former teacher who more recently spent four years
living and working in Southeast Asia as a diplomat with the
Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Her desire to do more to encourage people to live in a
sustainable manner brought her to daysofchange.org, where she is
our Schools Engagement Manager.

Claire Botman, Web Developer
Claire feels passionately that sustainability is the one big
issue of our times and that the world has begun to wake up to the
challenge of moving towards a "new mainstream". She wants to be a
positive part of that.
Claire has qualifications in Maths and Computing and has been
building websites since the early 90s. She loves her work, and she
especially loves working with the daysofchange.org team.

Ron Botman, Software Engineer
Ron has been developing since the dark ages and still likes to
learn something new every day. He helps to keep Claire in line and
enjoys having long animated discussions about daysofchange.org with
Tristan and Claire.
Ron has been growing vegies, keeping chooks and riding his bike
for a very long time and intends to keep on doing so.

Paul is a Director at Linc Integrated and has been working

activities and explore new partnership opportunities.

Lloyd Johnson, Technology Advisory
Lloyd is the Managing Director of SpinnaWeb, a business
specialising in helping small businesses take advantage of their
Internet presence. With a background in the Internet, Business and
Coaching Lloyd brings a useful skillset to daysofchange.org and has been involved since
2009.

Craig Faulkner is a Business Advisory Director at William Buck
Business Advisors, Chartered Accountants. With a comprehensive
range of services, Craig and his team at William Buck have assisted
daysofchange.org with various compliance issues, including income
tax and GST, as well as providing general accounting advice and
services.

Steve Sertis, Researcher
Steve Sertis is the Events Manager and Lead Guide at the
Bibbulmun Track Foundation. He has walked the entire length of the
trail twice. He has a Masters of Environmental Psychology and a
passion for the environment. He strongly believes in reconnecting
people with nature and it is the widespread disassociation with
nature which has contributed to many of our environmental
problems.
